Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We prefer payment by PayPal. It is secure and quick and convenient once you have established your account. We accept credit cards through PayPal or checks by mail. We will not begin the build until a deposit has been paid. In the case of paying by check, you will not receive your product until after the check has cleared.

Q. Do you build adult sites?
A. No, we believe that such sites are morally wrong and are harmful to our society.

Q. Is tax included with my cost of building?
A. Yes, there is no tax due to the fact that this is a service-oriented business. If you desire for any product to be placed on media, you will need to supply the media or we will give it to you from our supplies.

Q. Can I pay in installments?
A. Yes, if it will help you, we can arrange a payment plan.

Q. Can I refer friends to you?
A. Yes, we would love to help out your friends as well. Sometimes we have too much volume to handle at any one point in time, but we will do our best to accomodate as many clients as we can.

Q. Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees?
A. No, however, remember that estimates, are only that. We cannot guarantee any price that we quote for a web page build.


FTP

Q. Where can I download a free FTP program?
A. We recommend downloading WS FTP from here. It is a shareware program unless you are getting an academic license.

Q. It's not letting me upload my files what's wrong?
A. Make sure you are uploading to the right web directory which is the public_html folder.

Paths/E-mail
(These are hosting-related questions that you may need help with if you are designing your own pages.)

Q. What is the path to my users files?
A. The path is /home/username/public_html

Q. How do I create email accounts?
A. To create an email account login to your control panel and click add/remove email account's.

Q. What do I put for both incoming and outgoing mail server?
A. For both incoming and outgoing mail server put mail.yourdomain.com

Q. Where do I go to check my emails using my browser?
A. yourdomain.com/webmail/

Q. How can I setup webmail to go directly to horde, neomail or squirrel mail?
A. Login to the one you prefer to use after doing so copy the entire url from your address bar. You will not login to your cpanel and create a subdomain to go to the address you just copied.

Billing 

Q. How do I make a payment?
A. Once you have created a PayPal account, contact Sheridan Productions and they will send you a bill using your e-mail address that you have used for your PayPal setup.

Q. How do I stop work on the web page you are designing?
A. If you wish to close your account simply email us your name and why you wish to cancel. You must also include "I give you permission to delete my website and all of it's content."
